Phase One Schedule:

  • Base Bid: Install new electrical power to the existing mechanical building and lift station.
  • Base Bid: Install new domestic water through existing Senior Services Building and reconnect water to
    adjacent buildings (Farmer’s Market, Plant Clinic, Mechanical Building, and EMS Building.
  • Base Bid: Install new communications infrastructure from existing vault adjacent to Richlands Hwy to
    EMS Building for Owner installed fiber optic cable.

Phase Two Schedule:

  • Base Bid Onslow Senior Services Renovation and associated site work: The project consists of the
    partial demolition and renovation of the existing Onslow County Senior Services building, approximately
    38,325 square feet. The scope includes new building envelope (exterior wall and roof), partial new roof
    deck, load bearing walls, roof framing, structural modifications, interior walls, ceilings, finishes, new
    plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, fire alarm, fire protection systems. Site work includes
    new paving, landscape, stormwater, sanitary, fire protection, natural gas, communications services. The
    project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or
    specifications for a complete, first-class job.
  • Alternate 1: Lift Station Replacement. Schedule of work shall be approved by the Owner. Work shall be
    completed in 14 calendar days restoring sanitary sewer to the Farmer’s Market, Plant Clinic, and EMS
    Building.
  • Alternate 2: Generator and generator infrastructure.
  • Alternate 3: North Main Entrance Canopy and associated work.
  •  Alternate 4: South Adult Day Care Canopy and associated work.
  • Alternate 5: West Entrance Canopy and associated work.
  •  Alternate 6: Upgraded Finishes
    a. 6a.: Floor Finish
    b. 6b.: Wall Finish
    c. 6c.: Ceiling Finish
  • Alternate 7: Owner Preferred Manufacturer(s).
